Who Is Jon Benson
Jon Benson is a successful life coach, author of 7 minute science.John Benson is a well respected fitness authority who was once a clinically obese individual knocking on death’s door.
He struggled for years to shed the pounds and keep it off. Like many other obese people, his journey was long and hard, but Benson’s persistence paid off and he is now in the best shape of his life.
In the Beginning
John struggled being obese. He faced life-threatening issues that could have easily killed him and certainly had the potential to shorten his lifespan.
At the age of 33, he fought his way back and found a way to shed those pounds and transform his life forever. Now a former “fatty” Jon has embarked on a mission to help others like himself. He prides himself on being a straightforward, to the point guy who has no time for politics and has an enormous faith in God.
Benson is a graduated of MIT, Los Angeles. He also has a degree in human communications and philosophical studied from Abilene Christian University and he studied nutrition and neuro linguistic programming at the Cooper Clinic, Dallas.
Results At Last
Today, Benson is the author of Simply Eat and Fit Over 40 (the second best selling fitness ebook on the Internet). He also recently released his groundbreaking 7 Minute Muscle program that provides top secret methods to massive muscle gain in a shocking amount of time.
Benson’s first blog, B-Blog, received an award from Forbes Magazine in 2005 for Best Health and Fitness Blog.
The fitness guru continues to blog at JohnBenson.com and on his member’s only Web site for the owners of Fit Over 40. Benson’s Scale the World e-mail course has helped thousands of people overcome their battle with obesity.
But that is not all. Benson’s achievements also include his part in the production of Natural Pause, a guide to achieving healthy hormone levels naturally. He penned the book with naturopathic expert Holly Lucille.
