Who Is John Alvino
John Alvino is a conditioning and strength specialist who helps individuals achieve their fat loss and fitness goals. Alvino is the author of “How To Get Ripped Abs.” He has also written hundreds of articles that have been published in countless magazines and on several Web sites.He works as a nutrition and training adviser for Men’s Fitness Magazine.

John Alvino is the proud owner of the Iron Athletes Training Center, situated in Morristown, New Jersey. He prides himself on owning a real training center and working with people on a daily basis to help them achieve their goals.
John’s clients include professional bodybuilders, professional athletes, amateur athletes, fitness competitors, and average people. He has trained with several professional athletes including:-

Alvino is also a successful athlete in his own tie. He has competed in several power lifting and bodybuilding competitions. When he was a youth, he won the Teen New Jersey State Bodybuilding Championship in 1993.
