<h2><span style="color: #ff0000;">Who Is Vince DelMonte</span></h2>
<p>Vince DelMonte’s journey to becoming the “Skinny Guy Expert,” began with a fantasy.Vince DelMonte, whose high school nickname was “Skinny Vinny,” longed to transform his lean body into one of mass and prestige.</p>
<h3><span style="color: #ff0000;">Vince DelMonte Was Very Skinny</span></h3>
<p><img class="alignleft" title="Skinny Vince DelMonte" src="http://musclebuildingabsreviews.com/wp-content/images/vdmrunning.jpg" alt="skinny vince delmonte" width="300" height="458" />As an adolescent, his dream appeared farfetched, especially considering Vince DelMonte’s background as a tri-athlete and long distance runner. Then came college. Thinking his days of “Skinny Vinny” were over, DelMonte graduated from high school and pursued his collegiate career at a university.</p>
<p>His stigma, however, was not left behind and in fact followed him through his years at the university. Upon his arrival at college, Vince DelMonte found himself living with some exceptionally “buff” roommates who were quick to bring back the “Skinny Vinny” nickname.</p>
<p>Vince DelMonte was the only one out of his friends who did not possess six-pack abs. At his heaviest, DelMonte claims he never breached the 150 lb mark.Despite his lack of muscle mass, DelMonte was successful in his own right.</p>
<p>As an athlete, he ran for the University of Western Ontario Track Team and the school’s cross country team all four years of school. Additionally, he represented his country, Canada, in triathlons.</p>
<p>DelMonte was proud of his achievements, but he still continued to look at the greener grass on the other side of the fence. As graduation approached, he began to devise a plan to become as ripped and buff as possible.</p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>In May 2002, Vince DelMonte hung up his track shoes and never looked back.</strong></span></p>
<p>No longer restricted by athletic eligibility requirements, the former runner photographed his “before” body and started his journey to what he dubbed a beach worthy body.</p>
<p>After graduating with a degree in kinesiology, Vince DelMonte began work as a personal trainer. While he was good at his profession, he still longed for a “pimped” body and a transformation that would forever change his life.</p>
<p>During the first six months of his transformation, Vince DelMonte trained harder than he ever had before. By October he had gained a fair amount of muscle mass and those six-pack abs he always wanted.</p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>His progress was admiral, but it quickly stalled. For the following two years, Vince DelMonte struggled to add to his physique.</strong></span></p>
<p>Even worse, he began to gain fat, not muscle. The six-pack diminished and his middle softened. His diet also tumbled as items such as nachos, beer and pizza took over.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">January 2005, Vince DelMonte realized that if he did not address his downfall he would forever be known as a “fat skinny guy.”</span></strong></p>
<p>With a newfound inspiration, DelMonte once again set out on his mission to create a physique any body builder would be proud of. In just 12 weeks, he worked his way back to his 2002 transformation and beyond. No longer unable to reach the 150 lb mark, DelMonte found himself happily weighing in at 190 lbs.</p>
<h4><span style="color: #ff0000;">Vince DelMonte &#8211; 190 lbs</span></h4>
<p><img class="alignleft" title="Vince DelMonte 190lbs" src="http://musclebuildingabsreviews.com/wp-content/images/vdm190.jpg" alt="vince delmonte" width="140" height="211" />Vince had worked hard to gain the extra 40 lbs of muscle. It had taken him sometime to get to the point where he was happy with his body. Although Vince being Vince, this was not enough and he wanted to show others how to get a physique to be proud of.</p>
<p>Vince Delmonte created no nonsense body building for beginners and advanced body builders. No nonsense body building was aimed at the skinny guy out there to show that anyone with desire and determination can get the body they want.</p>
<p>Shortly following his journey, Vince DelMonte met a fitness model who encouraged him to compete with her in the FAME Fitness Model Show held in Toronto, Canada.</p>
<p>That same year, he was honored as winner of the Canadian Fitness Model Championships. He has since continued to compete in the fitness-modeling world.</p>
<p>Vince DelMonte has been going strong ever since and has now made it his mission to help others overcome their “skinny syndrome” and create the body of their dreams through his No-Nonsense Muscle Building program.</p>
<p>His transformation has been featured in several publications including Maximum Fitness and BodyBuilding.com. Today, DelMonte’s program is said to be the number one rated muscle-building regime online. It claims to produce lean muscle in a matter of weeks.</p>
<p>The muscle-builder has also authored Your Six Pack Quest, a best-selling fat loss and abdominal program, and the Ultimate Muscle Advantage muscle building audio program.</p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>Instead of being called “Skinny Vinny,” DelMonte is now considered the “Skinny Guy Expert.” He has a following of more than 20,000 clients across the globe.</strong></span></p>
<p>DelMonte is a contributing writer to several muscle building magazines including Maximum Fitness and Men’s Fitness. Additionally, he is a member of Maximum Fitness Magazine’s advisory team.</p>
<p>He also pens his own online fitness newsletter and sends out free gifts to many of his followers. According to DelMonte, his success was made possible thanks to three things.</p>
<p>First, he truly committed himself to his goals and mission. Secondly, he recognized the need to establish new habits and rid himself of the old ones.</p>
<p>Lastly, he took the action needed to accomplish these goals. Through these same concepts, DelMonte believes all transformations are possible.</p>

<p>Make Your Plan And Stick To It</p>
<p>Develop a plan and put it on paper. Read the plan daily and execute it faithfully. If you get off track, forgive yourself, refocus and move forward. Without the plan, the transformation will not happen.</p>
<p>Make Progress</p>
<p>Continue to add weight, reps and sets to your workout while cutting out resting time.</p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>Feed Your Muscles</strong></span></p>
<p>If you are not gaining mass, it is because you are not eating enough. If and when this occurs during your transformation, adjust your meal plan accordingly.</p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>Recovery is Vital</strong></span></p>
<p>It is important to realize that muscles grow during the recovery period. As one rests and refuels, the body recovers and muscles grow. Without proper recovery time, the body is unable to grow to its full potential.</p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>Diversity</strong></span></p>
<p>Performing the same routine over and over will not produce maximum results. DelMonte recommends providing an assortment of exercises to keep the body in constant adjustment mode. This will help it to grow in all aspects and not just a few.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">Know What You Are Doing</span></strong></p>
<p>Perfect form is a critical component when it comes to weight lifting. You must learn and execute proper lifting techniques in order to correctly isolate and significantly fatigue the muscles.</p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>Maintain Balance</strong></span></p>
<p>The journey to a perfect body is not just about eating right and exercising. A balanced body also consists of a sound spirit and mind. Don’t forget to include these elements in your transformation plan.</p>

<h2><span style="color: #ff0000;">Who Is Sean Nalewanyj</span></h2>
<p>Sean, like so many other aspiring body builders, started his bodybuilding mission at just 115 lbs. With such a small build, Nalewanyj endured verbal punishment by people who chose to make fun of him.</p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;">The jokes and laughter took a toll on Nalewanyj who was ashamed of his appearance and ultimately suffered confidence issues because of it.</span></p>
<p>While in high school, he played basketball because he was too small to play football “without getting killed.” In gym class, the future bodybuilder was so weak he was unable to scale the rope in gym glass.</p>
<p>His physical education teacher nicknamed him “little girl” because of his physical inabilities. The gym teacher wasn’t the only person to discredit Nalewanyj because of his size. He was often selected last when choosing sides for games.</p>
<p>When he was 14, Nalewanyj became so embarrassed by his basketball team photo that he vowed to keep his face (and body) out of the yearbook for the rest of his high school career. He skipped picture day for three years.</p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>Time For Change</strong></span></p>
<p>But Nalewanyj true motivator to make a personal change in his body took place during a gym class fitness test his senior year.</p>
<p>After failing to successfully climb the rope, again, the teenager was left hanging about a fourth of the way up his challenge. Losing patience, the class moved on to the next test.</p>
<p>He eventually fell off the rope and quietly made his way out of the gymnasium without finishing the rest of the test. The young man opted for an incomplete rather than risk further embarrassment.</p>
<p>This, however, is not the end of the story. Later that day, during his final period, the gym teacher found Nalewanyj in study hall and ordered him back to the gym.</p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;">The teacher had decided Nalewanyj would finish the test even if it meant taking it with the girl’s gym class.</span></p>
<p>Already petrified of girls and how they viewed him, Nalewanyj was forced into his worst fear. The teacher ordered him to the bench press test where he set Nalewanyj up with a 40 lb press.</p>
<p>To his embarrassment, the youth lost control of the bar and it came crashing down on him. Even worse, as he tried to slide out from underneath the bar, it slid down his neck and pulled him off the bench.</p>
<p>The teacher then sent Nalewanyj off to the showers. Much to his surprise, the girls did not laugh at him, but rather they felt pity for him. This was too much for Nalewanyj. Something had to change.</p>
<p>Standing in the locker room, along, Nalewanyj took off his shirt and readied for a shower. He stared at himself in the mirror and suddenly began to cry.</p>
<p>He had found himself at the bottom of the barrel, desperate and disappointed beyond measure. But Nalewanyj had one thing going for him. He believed he could change, just as he believes his customers can change.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">The Mission Begins</span></strong></p>
<p>Nalewanyj set out on a mission to improve his physical appearance with muscle mass. He was determined to make a personal change and that is exactly what he did.</p>
<p>As Nalewanyj struggled as a bodybuilder, he researched every technique and theory imaginable. His mother took him to several physicians and nutritionists. They tried hormone therapy and special diets, but nothing seemed to help.</p>
<p>Then one evening, Nalewanyj was channel surfing when he came across a Philippines infomercial on a “magic pill” to help improve muscle mass.</p>
<p>While most of the message was in a foreign language, he fell for it and ordered the product. Not surprisingly, the pill was not magic and Sean had wasted a small fortune in purchasing it.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">Finding His Vision</span></strong></p>
<p>Nalewanyj began to imagine what it might be like to have the physique of a body builder. The thought inspired him and soon he was off to the gym putting in literally hundreds of hours of work.</p>
<p>Nalewanyj read every bit of literature he could get his hands on. He read books, ordered worthless supplements and subscribed to all the magazines.</p>
<p>He just knew that something out there would work. It was a matter of finding it. As Nalewanyj wallet got smaller, his body did too.</p>
<p>Nothing seemed to work. Following months of dedication, his body was still that of a broken teenager crying in the locker room.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">Old-School Secrets</span></strong></p>
<p>Then one day everything changed. Nalewanyj came upon some old-school secrets to muscle growth. Based on these tips, he wrote up a completely new workout routine like none before it.</p>
<p>He put the program to work and in just a couple weeks he had gained more than 10 lbs of muscle mass. Nalewanyj continued on his road to success and eventually found himself larger and happier than he had ever been before.</p>
